I checked into my cold, soul-less room, which was clean and of a decent size, although poorly designed with a jutting wall. The bed was comfortable, but the room layout was impractical.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious but could do with a bit of modernization. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, near Paulista Avenue and with convenient transportation options. The dining experience, however, was relatively poor with the same items day after day.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, just one block from Paulista Avenue, with good restaurants nearby, but the 'normal' laundry service was quite slow, taking 36 hours. The rooms were not very clean, especially the floor and had a loud A/C that made it impossible to use during the night. However, the service was extremely friendly and helpful, perfect for a business traveler. The dining was so-so, with limited selection, but the facilities like the swimming pool and gym were adequate.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and had a small kitchenette, though I faced some issues with the hotel's WiFi. The location was fantastic with great city views, but the dining options were limited.
